Making fun of him, Ivan Baxter, a good congressman, who seeks to achieve Justice and reform, the thing that leads God to support him, by asking him building an ark, in order to avoid a disastrous flood, they regret going with him, as they have suffered from a strong flood that causes havoc and the death of many of them.
