Nino and his gang are the biggest crack dealers making a million dollars weekly leading police officer Scotty to be on their tail.unsure of how to get them, Scotty decides to use and ex drug addict to infiltrate the gang but unfortunately the plan fails leading him to use dire measures to pin the gang down.
