The film tells a story of a complex relationship between Rafi and David. Rafi is a 37 year- old woman falls in love a 23- year- old painter. One day, she uncovers the truth that he is the son of her therapist and everything becomes chaos.

Like most relationship films it has a tendency to self-indulgence. Prime is less about relationships than it is about life lessons - a funny, bittersweet one; but that is unfortunately what a lot of relationships turn out to be.
