There was a wealthy man named Laurence Bourne, who had accumulated debts everywhere. In order to escape the debt, Lawrence decided to move to Thailand where he met with Tuttle, a good man. The duo cooperates with a beautiful girl named Wexler, where the crew is based in a small town and are building a bridge. When the group starts working, the CIA, the Communists and the drug lord will discover everything that is happening and there is a problem.
